There was a scheduling conflict regarding with the paving company. They are currently onsite this morning to repair potholes around the community as well as mill and pave Federalist Drive.

All cars need to be removed from Federalist Drive immediately; this project will take approximately two days. You will be able to drive behind Federalist Drive and Treaty to navigate throughout the community. They are very sorry for the last-minute notification; this was supposed to take place on Tuesday and Wednesday. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused this morning, however we are in much need of paving repairs and appreciate the effort to remove any vehicles off Federalist Drive immediately. Thank you, 


August 3rd
August 4, Monday morning Fertilization/Weed control…  stay off lawns for one hour.

August 5, Tuesday  National Night Out… community event…  come visit with our community liaison police officers for some food, cornhole, frisbee and good neighbor time.  6p-8p

August 6, Wednesday  Food Truck Shegra Grill..  mediterranean and American food with a few desserts.  6p-8p


July 15th
Tomorrow morning July 16th, Elite will be on property to Fertilize all areas, please keep all pets and children off the lawns for at least one hour.
A few reminders:
July 21st will be our next open Annual Board Meeting.  We have two open seats on the board.  If you are interested in running for the board and have any questions, please let us know.
Power washing deadline was June 1st.  If you have not yet power washed your home, please do so. There is a $75 fine for not complying with the community guidelines.
We have noticed the water pressure issue, and the City of Columbus has been called to inspect.  
Every resident was given garage numbers; please ensure you add these numbers to the side of the garage. If you did not receive numbers, please contact the office as this is very important for emergencies.
As always, pet waste needs to be picked up immediately, even in your own personal yard.
The next food truck is Wednesday August 6th will be Shega Grill which is American and Mediterranean food.  Hope to see you there.
