Association dues increase is effective January 1, 2026, to $125.00. Please contact your bank to change the amount as we do not have access to your banking information. We did have a system glitch, so please be patient.

As you have noticed, we are experiencing high winds today and have noticed several recycling items that have blown around the neighborhood. Please assist with picking up your own items, and in or around the neighborhood.

REMINDER: January 20, 2026, at 6:30pm will be our first open board meeting. Please note, this is a Tuesday, not a Monday. We hope to see you there.

As always, if you have any questions, please call the office at 614-385-4697

12.12.25
We are expected to get up to 4 inches of snow this Saturday late afternoon.
If we reach two or more inches, they will be out to plow the streets and then salt.
All vehicles must be off of the streets by 3pm tomorrow.
Again, there are some open parking spots at the clubhouse, it is a first come first serve basis.
Vehicles WILL BE towed at the owner's expense if not off the streets BY 3PM TOMORROW.
As we have stated before, our streets are too narrow to get an effective plow with cars on the streets.
Please watch for weather updates

12.1.25

Good afternoon today is December 1, 2025, and this is your condo association manager with a weather alert message.
Currently the weather is calling for 1-4 inches of snow starting this evening into tomorrow. We plow our streets at 2 inches or more, therefore please keep an eye out for snow accumulation and ensure all vehicles are moved off the streets before plow....  as we know, this is OHIO, we could end up with 80 degrees tomorrow or 10 inches of snow.  Either way, please be aware.  All vehicles are subject to be towed if not off the streets as our streets are too narrow to plow effectively.  There are some open spots at the clubhouse as a first come first serve basis.  All vehicles must be moved back as soon as possible; the vehicles are not to stay at the clubhouse after the snow storm and plowing. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the office at 614-385-4697
